Yes – we are committed to making the conference accessible. Please, advise us by email of any disabilities which might affect your participation in the conference or other activities, so that we can make any necessary arrangements to facilitate your enjoyment of the conference.
A call for team member applications will be announced before each conference. All alumni are strongly encouraged to join the team as facilitators or conference coordinators.
If you are unable to attend the conference due to an inability to secure a visa, and provide at least 20 days’ notice, we will refund of 80% of the conference fee. Similarly, if you are unable to attend the conference for any other reason beyond your control, and provide at least 4 weeks’ notice, 80% of conference fee paid will be refunded. Cancellations made between 2 and 4 weeks prior to the date of the conference may receive refunds of up to 50% of conference fee paid.

No. We assign roommates in order to foster relationships between delegates, and to create an international environment for you. You will be assigned a roommate of the same gender, but will likely be assigned a roommate from a different background.
The week of the conference will be intense and very active. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to plan any additional activities before or after the conference.
Each delegate is responsible for purchasing any necessary tickets to attend and leave the conference. Please make sure that you book your tickets to the airport identified in our acceptance letter. If, for any reason, you are not able to fly to the indicated airport, please inform us by email, as early as possible and we will liaise regarding any available alternatives.
All visa matters are handled directly by the relevant embassies/consulates. However, we will issue you with a personal acceptance letter that can be attached in support of your visa application. If you have any additional specific queries or visa application requirements, please contact us by email.
